Look Good Feel Better for all Cancer patients - Free Care programme www.lgfb.co.nz

Free Feel Better Classes cover simple techniques to look after your skin, hair, body and mind so that you can feel stronger and face cancer with confidence. For anyone with a diagnosis for any type of cancer at any stage. There is no requirement for you to be in active treatment or experiencing hair loss. It’s your time away from the world of diagnosis and treatment to help you face your cancer and live better.


Free Counselling 

The New Zealand Breast Cancer Foundation (NZBCF) has partnered with Stratos, a national counselling service to provide support for people coping with the emotional challenge which often accompany breast cancer.  It is free confidential and funded by NZBCF.  You get three sessions, either face to face, over the phone or via video messaging like zoom. 

To access this service, you can complete an online self-referral and their Breast Cancer Foundation NZ nurses can arrange your counselling.
