We had several Ladies involved in this May 2023 event.  Overall we received $4055 for our cause and increased awareness of our service throughout the region and beyond. Thank you to all those who participated and sponsored this event.

The Sun was out and we were able to hold our Pink Loop Walk on Sunday 16th October 2022

To date we have held five Pink Loop Walks to raise funds (that remain here in Northland) to support people diagnosed with breast cancer.  Our Trust is a support network providing practical and emotional help to those with breast cancer. The 2019 event saw the Town Basin turn PINK with over 420 people registered for the walk. In total we raised $8,000 to help people in Northland living with breast cancer.   After a 2 year COVID hiatus, the 2022 event was attended by 300 walkers and a significant amount of dressed up dogs.

To achieve this the Trust depended heavily upon local businesses to provide us with Spot, Best Dressed and Raffle Prizes.  We are always looking for Sponsors for our major events, not only to provide support but to also get involved on the actual day.

There is a huge amount of work that goes on behind the scenes to make our events the success they are. We couldn't do it without significant support from helpers, trustees and businesses:
